Completely redesigned and redeveloped, our new website better reflects the ethos of our business.
As the whole country went into the first full lockdown, we made the decision to have our existing Dovetail Interiors website redesigned and redeveloped so that it gave a unique user experience to match our actual shop fronted ethos.
As well as continuing to be the largest independent furniture and carpet supplier in Norwich, we have recently expanded our services to include Interior Design. Having over 30 years of experience in supplying the biggest brands of furniture, flooring, carpets and cane furniture we felt that offering a dedicated Interior Design service would only enhance the Dovetail Experience.
With the addition of our new Interior Design service, we felt that our website needed to be recreated to reflect this. So, we got in touch with visualise creative who have created our previous 3 website designs and gave them the brief. The team at visualise were super keen to be able to work on something different and modern.
The home page has been designed with a unique overlapping style, which is modern, sleek and like nothing else around and totally embellishing the image that Dovetail Interiors website wants to portray. As usual with previous designs, the visualise creative team worked amazingly hard to meet both the brief and image that we wanted. Working closely with Clare Buller who heads the new Interior Design service, the site content took shape.
Our new website has visually been simplified but this doesn’t mean that we have scaled back on the content. Within the website you will find the full ranges of furniture that we supply including Sherborne, Duresta, Parker Knoll and Alstons, as well as our cane furniture ranges from Daro and Cane Industries. You can also find the top industry carpet and flooring brands that we supply such as Karndean, Ted Todd, Axminster and Associated Weavers to name just a few.
Included in the new site which wasn’t there before now allows you to view the team and also some of our work which is displayed via a gallery.
We are super excited to be able to let you see the new site which has been months of work and is of course fully responsive across all media devices. Now that 2021 is a few days away, lets hope that the new year brings much better news to us all.
